@ATTHelp I’ve tried to use your spam text blocker but the 7762 says the numbers I post are invalid. The volume is increasing and I am frustrated. Will switching to Verizon end this because it’s so bad that is now my intention.

@VerizonSupport why is it taking me a half an hour to get this agent on a support session to sync my voicemail to my phone? The agent said 15 minutes ago that they would sync the VM to fix a problem that I having. Meanwhile - they are trying to sell me Verizon Cloud. The heck?
