@Verizon Great. Verizon is willing to lose almost $3,600 a year over $95 dollars. Been a customer for 20 years and will be switching. You aren’t going to defraud me with service I didn’t receive and threaten to send me to collections then I never missed 1 payment in 20 yrs

I just wanna say that 5G coming out on Verizon today was 100% brand new information. I couldn't figure out why my phone has been saying its getting 5G signal...then someone told me. I'm not the brightest star in the sky. That's for sure.
