Here’s a two exercise sequence that allows you to get a quick cardio workout with a short amount of time required.

Do 5 rounds of 5 reps a side.
I did this with a 25 pound plate
Weight plate 2 step
Weight plate pick up and press.

4 stalks of celery
3 leaves of kale
2 pear pieces
1 cucumber
Some mint

And a whole lotta good vitamins

Don’t let anyone tell you juicing is bad for you. You just need to know what to juice.

Also, this took me a total of 12 minutes. Prep, juicing, and clean up.
Drinking it took about 45 seconds.

Get the right things into your body. It will thank you with better performance, better sleep, better thinking power, better muscles, better sex, better digestion, better cognition, better friendships, and whatever else you want.

Been a heck of a week. Back hurt, felt like I was getting sick, a loss for my family, travel and missed work coming up, and I just have not generally felt my best. Not a great combination by any means. What does HELP though, is getting exercise. Not only for my physical body, but my mental one as well. Nothing has ever given me that ease like a good workout. Not drugs or alcohol, food… maybe music…

It does more than help you look pretty.

Just because you’re at the airport or traveling over the holidays doesn’t mean you can’t eat responsibly.

At the airport, there are a variety of things that you could be choosing to eat rather than going for all the candy and the cinnabon’s. These four examples here show us how to get all our macro nutrients in a healthy way and stay on track even at the confines of your friendly air travel station.

For protein you could have some beef jerky or yogurt, fruit is always available, you can always find some sort of nut butter, and if you can manage vegetables in an airport, you my friend, will be having great success!

Putting it work whenever necessary to reach out goals. You gotta do it at home, too. Just because you go to the gym, bust your ass and sweat like crazy didn’t mean you can go home after and not still be “working”.

What you do OUTSIDE of the gym is where you’ll see the fruits of your labor.

Look at the variability in heart rate. The average heart rate is a little high, but can be remedied by just a tad bit more rest between intervals.
